Dr. Evangelista has been practicing in Scottsdale, AZ since 2007. He is the Chief of Surgery at HonorHealth-Osborn and the Director of the Joint Operating Committee. He was the Chief of Orthopedic Surgery at HonorHealth-Osborn (2008-2014, 2016-2018). Dr. Evangelista is a Clinical Assistant Professor, Department of Orthopedic Surgery, at the University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix. Dr. Evangelista is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Evangelista’s focus is on the treatment of conditions that affect the cartilage, ligaments, and tendons of the shoulder, hip, and knee. Dr. Evangelista is proud to call Arizona his home. He enjoys tennis, skiing, hiking, and spending time with his wife, three children, golden retriever, and Belgian Malinois.
