Usama H. Ghazi, DO, is a graduate of Midwestern University – AZCOM and is double board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Pain Management. Dr. Ghazi completed fellowship training in pain management and served as a clinical instructor at the Stanford University Interventional Spine Center. He served as an adjunct medical professor at multiple medical schools over the last decade.
The primary focus of Dr. Ghazi’s outpatient practice is the diagnosis and treatment of individuals with musculoskeletal and neurologic, pelvic and sexual disorders. Dr. Ghazi is pioneering shockwave therapy for female pelvic pain, female/male sexual dysfunction and also specializes in peripheral nerve injuries and diagnostic ultrasound imaging. He performs interventional injections under fluoroscopic guidance in the lumbar, thoracic and cervical spine. Dr. Ghazi has Level II Full Accreditation from the Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation.
